How to Apply for a Fake Florida Full-privilege (Adult) Driver License for 18+

Format of the license number on real Florida ID card: Soundex system. First letter of last name –3 digit last name Soundex code – 4-6 digit dept. code – 2 digits birth year – 3 digits sex and date of birth – 1 optional digit (tiebreaker).
