Getting your Fake driver’s license

Virginia follows a graduated driver’s licensing (GDL) program. Basically, this means there are a specific set of steps you need to follow to get your driver’s license. So let’s break down each step:

1) Fake Virginia Learner’s Permit

At 15 years and six months old, you can apply for your Fake Virginia learner’s permit. To apply for your permit, you are required to complete the Fake Virginia Driver’s License Application Form (DL1P) and provide documentation of your identification and residency. You must also pass a two-part sign and knowledge test and a vision test.

With a learner’s permit, you can operate a motor vehicle when accompanied by a driver 18 years of age or older who is a parent or legal guardian lawfully permitted to operate a motor vehicle, or when accompanied by a driver 21 years of age or older who is lawfully permitted to operate a motor vehicle. Your accompanying person must be alert, able to assist you and occupying the seat next to the driver.

While holding your learner’s permit, you may not drive between midnight and 4 a.m., or with more than one passenger less than 21 years old, except when traveling with family or household members or participating in a DOE or DMV approved driver education program.

2) Fake Virginia Driver’s License

You must be at least 16 years and 3 months of age and have held your fake learner’s permit for at least nine months before you can apply for a driver’s license. If you are under 18, you must also complete a state-approved driver education program at a driver training school, a public or private school, or through a DMV-approved online course provider. You can complete the in-car instruction periods at a Virginia public or private driver training school unless you are home-schooled.

Additionally, you will need to take the road skills test. You must provide a vehicle with a valid safety inspection sticker, license plates, registration card and decals, working brakes, safety belts, horn, lights, turn signals, mirrors and speedometer for the road skills test. To take the road skills test, you must either present an acceptable driver’s education certificate of completion, or complete a behind-the-wheel checklist that describes specific driving tasks that you may be asked to perform while taking the road skills test.

If you are under age 18, you may not operate a motor vehicle between the hours of midnight and 4 a.m. except:

• In cases of an emergency
• When traveling to and from a place of business where you are employed
• When traveling to or from an activity that is supervised by an adult and is sponsored by a school or civic, religious, or public organization
• When accompanied by a parent or other adult acting in place of a parent or by a spouse who is at least 18 years old, in the front passenger seat

If you are under 18, you may carry only one passenger under age 21, unless accompanied by a licensed parent, or other adult acting in place of a parent, in the front passenger seat. After holding your license for one year, you may carry up to three passengers under age 21 in the following situations:

• travel to and from a school-sponsored activity
• there is a licensed driver 21 years old or older in the front passenger seat or
• there is an emergency

Is the ability to drive a right or a privilege?

The process of getting a first-time fake driver’s license is an important milestone. For many, it marks a “rite of passage,” and is considered an important first step toward achieving independence and becoming a young adult.

Driving is not a “right” guaranteed by the constitution or laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Driving is a “privilege” that is granted by parents to their children. If abused, the privilege may be revoked or taken away. It is important that you know and obey the rules of the road and that you become a safe and responsible driver in sharing the roadway with other motorists.

Driving is a complex task, even for the most seasoned drivers. For young drivers, it is especially difficult and can be lethal. In fact, motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for persons between the ages of 15 and 20.

When can I get a fake learner’s permit?

Anyone who is at least 15 years and six months of age may apply to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for a fake learner’s permit. You will be required to take a knowledge and vision test. A learner’s permit is required if you are learning to drive on public roads. A learner’s permit allows you to operate a motor vehicle when a licensed driver of at least 21 years of age is seated beside you. The driver accompanying you may be 18 years of age if he or she is your legal guardian, brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister, step-brother, or step-sister. The driver accompanying you must hold a valid driver’s license.

When you first apply for a fake learner’s permit, you will also complete the application process for a Fake driver’s license. You will pay the fees for both the permit and the license.

What happens if I don’t pass the knowledge test?

Anyone who fails the knowledge test three times must take and successfully complete the classroom portion of a Virginia Fake Drivers License education course before being allowed to retake the knowledge test at the DMV. Documentation of successful completion must be provided to the DMV before being allowed to retake the test.

What are the requirements for getting a fake driver’s license?

If you are a Virginia resident under age 19, you must complete a state-approved Virginia Fake Drivers License education program and hold your Virginia learner’s permit for at least nine months in order to obtain a fake driver’s license.

Where can I find a driver education program?

Virginia Fake Drivers License education programs are available statewide through public schools, private schools, and commercial fake driver license training schools. The program must include 36 classroom periods and 14 in-car instruction periods – seven periods of driving and seven periods of observation. Classroom instruction must include components about alcohol safety, drug abuse awareness, motorcycle awareness, and organ and tissue donation awareness.
